После установки модуля в JIRA, появляется справочник "Продуктов и Услуг". Их можно создавать как в самом справочнике, так и из задач JIRA, используя специальное поле типа "Продукты и Услуги". Карточка с атрибутами "Продукта и Услуги" может быть настроена администратором под нужды конкретной организации.

After installing plugin you will see new Products and Services Dictionary in JIRA. Products and Services can be created either in the dictionary or in the JIRA issue using custom field with Products and Services type. Products and Services Card attributes can be configured by JIRA administrator as needed.
