HelpDesk for JIRA is a common JIRA plugin. So it could be installed like the other plugin through Universal Plugin Manager.

Before using the plugin you have to define some initial settings:

1. Define the HelpDesk Superuser.
2. Define Group Memberships For a New HelpDesk Users.
