You can remove unwanted attachments from issues on a schedule

To configure attachment filtering:

  1. Go to Help Desk Administration/ Notification/ Filte trash attachments;
  2. Turn on the toggle Turn on Filtering;
  3. Filter by size (Kb) - Specify the size of the files to be deleted;

  4. Images types - Specify the file extension to be deleted;
  5. Go to Administration/ Sysrem/ Servises;
  6. Add new servises
