If you need to add contacts of issue's selected company to custom field Request Participants or Users picker use post-function "CRM copy contacts to users postfunction".

Add post-function on needed transaction. Set 2 parameters:

  1. Field type CRM Company or CRM Select Company - source field of colleagues
  2. Field type Request Participants or Users Picker
