"İ" is not recognizable by JIRA, as a workaround CRM automatically changes "İ" to ASCII "l" symbol into the company's name.
For new created companies into CRM directory the symbol is changed with Custom field - CRM Company options at the same time.
For already existing companies with "İ" symbol you have to update the Company Card and option in CRM custom field will be updated after that.
Notice that in issues search by company's name this auto change doesn't work, so please change "İ" to "l" manually.
