After installing plugin you will see new Custom Dictionaries Dictionary in JIRA. Custom dictionaries can be added through administrative menu of CRM for JIRA Plugin. At the present time it is only a flat list of the same type values that can be used in other CRM dictionaries or in JIRA issues. JIRA Administrator can create many different custom dictionaries.

Custom Dictionaries

All custom dictionaries are now available in "CRM\Dictionaries\Custom Dictionaries" menu.

Custom Dictionary Field In The Other Dictionary

You can add field with Custom Dictionary type to the system dictionary of CRM plugin related to any custom dictionary.

Custom Dictionary Field In The JIRA Issue

JIRA administrator can create custom fields related to any custom dictionary and display it on issue's screen.
